In this 8 week program, you will learn how to get off the yo yo diets and have a good relationship with food. You will have a training plan in place that will help you progress safely that is tailored to your fitness level. You will be in small group classes with other member that are on the same journey as you, and our expert coaches will be there every step of the way to give you the support you need.

Join our Community!
All CrossFit Solus memberships are unlimited and provide access to all classes on the schedule 6 days per week. Classes are an hour in length, coach lead and include a warm up, a strength session and a conditioning workout.
Membership includes 6 week Nutrition training with Meal plan/Recipes/Shopping list, Access to our private members only Facebook support group, Access to our members only workout tracking app, Invite to All Solus in house events, Ongoing weekly nutrition/health emails and Access to Group Me class accountability group texts. Membership rates vary depending on commitment, but start at around $6/class.
