MEMBERSHIP CHANGES: Must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the first of the month. Any changes submitted after the first of the month, will take effect the following month.
NEW MEMBERS in Contract: Any New member that cancels their membership before fulfilling their commitment terms will receive a $300 termination fee upon leaving.
VETERAN MEMBERS: Those that have fulfilled your contract time limit are now considered month to month members and can cancel at any time with NO penalty. However, if a membership is cancelled and reinstated at a later date, a new contract will need to be signed in order to receive the discounted rate. Otherwise the option of month to month membership of $199 is available.

- If you are sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 7-day written cancellation notice as required by our membership terms and conditions. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below.
- Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 7-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
