I discovered CrossFit while searching for a program to strengthen my core after a back injury. I instantly loved the workouts, the comradery of the athletes and the results. My back felt better and I was able to get into the best shape of my life in my 30's. Nine months later my husband and I started CrossFit Solus, and for the past 12 years we have been able to help other people do the same.
I love helping people get their life back on track. It starts with goal but the magic happens when the team helps you get there. There are plenty of workout programs, home gym equipment and fad diets out there to keep everyone in shape and healthy, yet most of the country is not. The success is not in the tough workouts or the perfect diets. The success is in you showing up day after day to put in the work, and having a team of coaches and fellow athletes that holds you accountable to get to your goal.
